Currently, as a Growth Catalyst at Ecoren Energy, I play a pivotal role in driving ambitious growth targets and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. I am actively involved in establishing a PMO to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, collaborating closely with the COO, Project Directors, and Project Managers. My expertise lies in strategic planning, risk management, and process optimization, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.

Additionally, I work on strategic initiatives and priority assignments that enhance the organization’s pace towards its mission, collaborating closely with CXOs to ensure alignment and execution of key objectives.
